What is included in the price of the GPS device?

The price includes the GPS device itself, its configuration, and preparation for operation. We set it up to connect to our tracking system, gps.mugavauto.ee, which is provided to you free of charge for three years. Additionally, you receive a SIM card with prepaid internet necessary for the device to operate for at least three years. This means you don’t need to worry about communication costs or setup — everything is ready to use immediately after purchase and installation.

In which countries will the device work?

Our devices operate in Europe, including the UK, Russia, and Belarus. Coverage also extends to Asia, North and South America, Africa, and Oceania. If you have specific countries in mind or doubts about functionality in certain regions, please contact us, and we will provide a complete list of supported countries.

How to continue using the service after three years?

The device becomes your property without any obligations to us. You can connect it to any other GPS tracking system and replace the SIM card with your own at any time. If you wish to continue using our service, a three-year extension, including additional internet volume, costs €69.

How much does installation cost?

We offer professional installation for devices purchased from us. Installation costs €49 and takes just under an hour. It is performed at our Mugav Auto workshop in Peetri. During installation, you can comfortably wait, enjoy coffee, watch TV, or work if needed.

What warranty and support do we provide?

 

We offer a two-year warranty on the device from the date of purchase, meaning we will repair or replace it free of charge at our workshop if necessary. For software, we provide support via email. We guarantee the seamless operation of all the main functions: Real-Time Tracking, Reports, Movement History, Notifications, and Alerts. Our software also offers broader capabilities. If you require additional features or custom solutions, please contact us, and we will consider the possibility of providing a tailored solution that meets your expectations and needs.
